From a small, intimate event to a large meeting or conference, events at Wing Point Golf & Country Club have a way of bringing people together. We pride ourselves on our ability to accommodate our members and guests and personalize every event to your wishes. At Wing Point, we take pride in treating our members and their guests as if they were in their own home.
Venue Rental is available for groups of 30-200 guests. All events must be hosted by a current member. All entertainment, flowers, decorations, and bakery items ordered and delivered to the club are the responsibility of the member or sponsored guest. Catering from other agencies, except for the above items, will not be permitted. Tax and Service Charge (20%) will be added to all food and beverage charges. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased from Wing Point Golf and Country Club unless otherwise authorized by management.
Deposit and Payment Information
A deposit of $1000 is required for all events over 50 persons to secure the date. Events under 50 patrons require a deposit of $500. Payment is due at the commencement of the event.
Guarantee & Cancellation
A final head count will be required 72 hours prior to the event. All charges are based on the guaranteed number of guests or the actual attendance, whichever is greater. Cancellation within 60 days of the event will result in full forfeiture of the deposit plus fifty (50) percent of the anticipated revenue.
