We have created a generic username and password for all members - using this format:
Your username is:
Your full member number.
Example: 0123-000 |
Your password is:
Your Last Name
Example: Smith

After you have logged in to the website, you will be prompted to change your username and password to something that you can easily remember yet is more secure. We recommend a minimum of 6 characters for your username and password and it should not be something simple like your last name. In the future, you can always go to the My Profile page and update your username and password as well as your personal information.
You will then be directed to the My Profile page, where you can update any contact information that we have on file for you. |
